Hi there

I have just received 3 dracunculus vulgaris bulbs

I have had a problem with one of them though

2 of them had growths pretruding from the centre after i planted them i noticed that 1 of them did not look quite right it had snapped off and was a little green and smelt damp

i cleaned the rest of the soil from the bulb

can this be saved at all

also what is the proper way to plant these

any help is highly appreciated as i dont want to lose them as they were quite expensive
