Dracunculus canariensis

Well, I had the first-ever blooming of my Dracunculus canariensis so I thought I'd share!!

This is the far less common species of Dracunculus. It is a winter grower and flowers in the spring. I'm not sure it likes my environment too much, but it survived long enough to flower so I guess it is atleast a little happy :o) Dan
