I've got some seeds if you've something to trade. You'll have to wait several years for a flower, but the price of these things seems to rise exponentially s they grow in size.
I don't know if you have many Indian supermarkets in Dallas, but occasionally you can find A. paeonifolius there (it's a food crop in India--has to be prepared properly to mitigate the oxalic acids). Anyway, Indians call it 'elephant yam', 'elephant foot yam', 'cinnamon yam', or 'jangli surian'.
PS: One variety they have bred to contain less oxylates for the food crop industry (and this is the variety you are likely to find in a supermarket) is called "Gajendra".
