Should I plant my calla lilly bulbs in a container or ground?

I live in NE Ohio in zone 5. I have never grown Calla lillies. Recently I purchased two different varieties which are Biltmore Estate ones called Odessa (looks like a dark wine/chocolate color with height 20-24") and Picasso which is a cream with deep purple throat with height of 13-18"). The other two varieties are not Biltmore Estate ones-just probably garden variety ones called Dark Eyes (pink with a purple throat height of 16-20") and Rubylite Pink Ice (pink with a height of 12-14"). I have two of the Odessa, one Picasso, one Dark Eyes and one Rubylite.

Should I plant them in pots vs. in the ground? I have some really large pots which are 30" across, and smaller ones. If a pot planting is recommended, should I put them all in one pot, or split them up? I have never grown Callas, and am not familiar with how they best look planted. I'm sure there are Calla pros here who would know! Thank you!
