first pink and then white?

I have a couple of Crystal Pink callas that I made some mistakes with and moved a couple of times, so that they got off to a wierd start. Anyway, one of them bloomed last week, and I enjoyed the pretty pink color. Then, today, the second bloom opened and it was white. It isn't the creamy white of the ones that are supposed to be white, but definitely white, nonetheless. The visible edge was a little blushy, but that's all.

Does this happen much? I'm new to these, but have had one plant come back last year to bloom and it stayed true to color. This plant was grown this year from the bulb.

If you are talking about Crystal Blush, they start out white and slowly turn pink as they age. They do stay true to color from bulb. If you grow out the seeds they do not.
