sick peace lilly

Hello,

My 3 year-old Spathiphyllum floribundum's leaves are wilted and limp, and he's not absorbing water. In a period of just a few weeks, the amount of water needed to saturate his pot to the point where it begins to seep out the bottom has been reduced by half. I repotted him about a year ago and he seemed to be ok, but now I'm afraid maybe I've depleted that soil with too much water. I always waited till his leaves got droopy, at which point I'd water him (about twice a week) and they'd spring back up. Is it time to re-re-pot him? Is there anything else I can do?

I'd appreciate any feedback

Thanx.
