I made the mistake of taking one of these in bloom to work last year.. I work at a college and I wanted to show the greenhouse staff... along the way I made a pitstop at the office where I work .... Had it coverd in a plastic bag and one of my co-workers still came into the room and said what smells like gym socks!!!

I'm in california- A prime example of "don't flaunt what your doing, nobody notices".

My vet even has the outline of a ferret on his card- along with a snake & some other stuff.. Apparently they're not illegal to treat, just own.. And why? I haven't any idea- It's quite hard to get one who's not "fixed" (why do they call it that?) and frankly if they got out they have too short an attention span to chase down food.

Anyway, they're highly recommended.. Much better than a cat.
