The just about 5 cm shoot of my Arisaema speciosum breaked from the tuber. :-(

I diged up the tuber. The tuber seems ok, allthough no root development was seen, just a small part where the shoot came the tuber is moldy.

What shall I do?

Cut off the moldy part and cover it with coal powder?
