I haven't ordered from them (things from Vermont probably wouldn't like south Louisiana!) but I googled them and read some of the GardenWatchdog comments. Sounds like they're a responsible company--people who had a problem had them addressed with remarkable customer service. I sometimes think customer service is as important as good stock--anyone can have a slip-up, but when they're so good about making it up it's really commendable.
