This looks like a species of Scindapsus; however, I am not familiar enough with the genus to give you a specific name. Some of the Scindapsus are known as "Pothos", but this one is not one of the more common variegated ones seen on the market.

I looked through the Scindapsus and Epipremnum first, but couldn't find anything to match.

This one has much thinner, less waxy leaves. The silvery patterns are less distinct than on S. pictus.

No, this isn't variegated, just has a silvery wash over the slightly raised parts of the blade between veins.

It's probably an immature form, but I doubt I've ever seen it otherwise.

I got this plant originally labeled Monstera siltepecana to later find out thats not the case. It might be M. pinnatipartita (juv. form) but not sure. There is a form out there with bright variegation but Im not sure if this is the same plant...just different clone, or ???

Aha! Thank you Michael. I had it under a different name originally too, so double thanks for pointing out the correction.

A juvenile Monstera pinnatipartita it seems to be.

Sometimes it does have more silver than in the picture.

It grows fairly slowly for me in a terrarium with only moderate light, and would stay juvenile forever in there. Brighter light makes it grow fast enough to be too high maintenence in a small terrarium. It also makes a fun basket vine houseplant but I don't have room for any more of those. It's one of those water once in a while and forget plants, like Monstera deliciosa.

Maybe it's not such a common houseplant after all. I guess I haven't seen it much lately.
