RE source in FLA?

Could someone refresh my memory about a company in FLA that sells all types of colcasias, bananas, citrus, tropicals ect. I saw a Mojito for sale in a 4 inch pot and the price was 9.95. I thought that was outrageous but is this what I would get through ordering out of state?

I've ordered from Wellspring Gardens a few times & have had good luck. Their plants are small, but cheap....and most have done very well for me.
