A friend of mine recently sent me some Dracunculus bulbs -- divisions of ones he has growing in his yard. The bulbs have already gone dormant and so here is my Q:

As I live in an apt, how should I care for them during their dormancy?

1. Should I leave them bare bulb in my washroom or in my refridgerator -- perhaps in the veggie crisper?

2. Should I pot them up in dry dirt until spring?

3. Should I pot them up in dirt and try to keep the dirt lightly moist until spring?
