I have second year Arisaema growing in 4 inch pots and when they go dormant this year, I let the soil stay on the dry side, water when "bone dry".
I keep them on plastic shelves in my upstairs where it get no higher than 45 F or lower than 35 F in the winter.
This winter I am going to put them in larger pots with more spacing between each tuber and grow them in pots fot a third summer.
I feed the growing Arisaemas with a 15 - 30 -15 Miracogro or 5 -6 -5 Algroflash to enhance tuber growth. Do not feed Arisaemas when dormant!
Specifically for your situation, I would keep them in their pots and treat as above.

Nina, there are a few on the aroid forum that dabble in arisaemas, like Cactusfreak, for instance. Keep looking at the forum and I'm sure he'll respond.
