Scindapsus pictus Argyraeus 'Silver Vine' or 'Satin Pothos'?

I've had it for many years (since early 2000s). It was a cutting & still looks like one. It's been a very slow grower & that's been quite disappointing.

It's look-alike sibling (S. pictus argyraeus 'Exotica') has been the same way for me & I've had it as cuttings since the late 1990s.

I believe they've got the same sun, water & potting soil as their relatives, which have grown exponentially, in just a year.

I put them outside just in case they need more sun. But they won't be out there long because we'll be moving cross-country in a couple months. That won't be long enough for them to put out a growth spurt.

I don't know what else to do with them. I'm at the end of my rope ready to give them a new home.

Suggestions?

P.S. - I hope I didn't get the tags on the two plants mixed up. They were potted recently on the same table at the same time.
