overwintering aroids

I have several bulbs of sauromatum venosum guttatum, couple of different amorphophallus which are of sizable size. Sauromatum did bloom this year and I have offsets and couple of seedheads. All of sauromatum did lost their leaves by now and I dug them out. Amorph. still growing in their pots and going strong with foliage. Since none of them is hardy to my zone what do I do to overwinter bulbs safely?

What to do with dry bulbs and should I wait for frost to kill foliage and bring it inside or should I try to grow those that did not go into dormancy yet?

Next question- I started some arisaemas and arums from seeds and they send initial leaves and somewhere midsummer went into dormancy. I am keeping trays/ bulbs of small size/ slightly moist once in a while but not sure if I could leave them in cold frame to overwinter or bring it in under indoor lights?

If there any websites that deal with such issues I would be very grateful to be directed to such.
