Sick Peace Lily

What would cause a peace lily's leaves to turn black? I've had these plants for years and occasionally a leaf would turn black like this. But this little guy sure seems to be struggling with it. I don't think I am overwatering. With my peace lilies, I have always waited until the leaves were starting to droop a little...then I would water. My other lillies are doing fine only with the very occasional black leaf. Just don't know why this one is having this problem. It is a small one and 4 of the 7 leaves have this problem and I have already snipped off several others.

Below is a link to more info than anyone could ever want on the Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum). The website, Exotic Rainforest, is one of the best when it comes to aroids. Sadly, Steve Lucas passed away but his wonderful website lives on.

Also could be salt build-up in the soil. See link below.
