I am borderline 9b/10a (down to 33-34 in a cold winter once or twice). Can I plant this plant in the ground? Any culture advice? Thanks.

Anna

Yes, but be prepared for it to go dormant. These will not stay above ground once the temperatures begin to cool but should return in the spring once the soil warms. If there is the slightest chance of a frost pile it high with mulch.

Make sure it is in moderately bright light.
