caladium

This Summer I purchased a caladium. I left it in the pot and have had it inside as a house plant. This is a very small (young) caladium with only a few leaves. My question is this...Since it has been growning as an indoor houseplant, do I need to let it go dormant? The leaves still look healthy and show no signs of dying back. Can I simply let it 'be' or must I take off the leaves, unpot it and let it rest during the winter, eventhough it has been indoors since I got it?
