What does Arum Italicum need during summer?

I live in San Antonio, Texas.

Our winters are ideal for Arum Italicum.

My concern is getting them to survive through their summer dormancy.

Our summers are very hot:

98/75 for about 4 months in a row.

We don't get much summer rain here.

I don't know what Arum Italicum needs during dormancy?

Dry soil?

Well-Drained Soil?

Cool Soil?

Moist Soil?

(The reason I ask: I'm currently preparing the beds and soil for planting. )

Thank You Very Much
