Are there two species called Arisaema flavum?

I recently purchased some A. flavum seed on eBay. They have nostly germinated by now and the eophyles are nearly fully expanded on some of them. That's what brings up this question.
While scanning the web, I came across the link below. It shows A. flavum from seed to flowering. Note that the germinated seedlings have simple, single blade eophyles. ALL of the ones I have germinating have compound eophyles with 3 blades!
I have come across many comments on the web about a giant form of flavum. Could this be it? If so, it must truly be a differing species as this great a difference is surely not in one species. Has anyone here grown this from seed and can say why these are different and which kind of eophyle you had?
