Are there garden clubs in Taiwan or other types of association between the owners of private home gardens?

I work on a gardening magazine in Sydney and may have the opportunity to visit Taiwan in March or April. I would very much like to visit some well designed home gardens while there. I am looking for contacts in Taiwan, perhaps members or office holders of garden clubs or keen gardeners there. Hope you can help
