Do edamame like foliar feeding?

I feed my tomatoes every two weeks with a spray-on feeding attached to the garden hose. Should I spray the edamame, too, or not?

It does not hurt to try.

I will probably but a spray bottle and make a very weak solution of liquid fetilzer. Spray on the leaves only.
