| Hi,
I.m from Mexico, I started to take thai cooking, but here in Mexico is very hard to find, if not impossible the kaffir lime leaves. I'm going to be in Dallas in September and i would really love to come back here with some seeds. Does anyone know where I can buy some? |

| you can buy a small tree at vietnamese garden centers |
|
| I don't think the tree will survive the flight, I was thinking more like seeds to plant them here. |
|
| I think you should buy the seed and try to raise the kaffir lime tree. But if you want to buy the kaffir lime leaves, it might survive the journey home 4 or 5 days. One of the tip is to wrap the kaffir leaves with old newspaper. |

| Kusu, I've missed this thread since I haven't visited here for awhile. Looks like I missed your trip to Dallas back in September. I'm in Houston and I have a small tree that had fruits this year. The fruits fell off and for some reason, I haven't thrown out the fruits. I just placed them on this table in the patio. If you still need the seeds, please send me an e-mail with your mailing address. I'll be glad to send the seeds to you. Don't worry about the cost. Please put GardenWeb on the subject; otherwise, it'd go to the spam mailbox. Thanks, Natalie |
