Asian Gardening

please--can someone help me with this Japanese fertilizer

My dad brought these to me. They were given to him by a Japanese business associate. Can anyone give me an idea of what the labels say? I am especially interested in the yellow circles with the numbers on the right side; I am guessing that has to be some sort of a N-P-K-? ratio. I don't read a word of Japanese, so any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

My guess work is..those numbers are not N.P.K..something to do with the duration between the doses ..let us wait for a member who can read that language.

also it is said "last about one year". Fertiler is fertilizer. No matter where it is produced, it works same way.^^ One of catch phraze don't make any sense at all.
If fertilizer is coated and use as top dress, it may work one year, but in soil mix, moisted and in small container, normaly fertilizer don't last one year.
