Hi,

I'm having a really really hard time finding out anything about the vegetable called "haro".

I believe it's a Chinese vegetable mentioned in a book based in China, yet I can't even find a picture of it online or how to find it.

Can someone help pls.

Is it a leaf vegetable, root or fruit? (I once identified a vegetable my friend from India wanted, from her description. Turned out to be Malabar spinach.)
Any information at all about its growth or uses?..
