Lily bulbs

I bought a package in the local asian market today. It was labeled "Fresh Lily Bulbs" and "Lanzhoubaihe". The country of origin is listed as China and all other information on the package is in Chinese. The bulbs are about 2 inches in diameter and white. Does anyone know what kind of plant they may be from? A Google search didn't turn up anything.
