Chinese Cabbage Appears To Be Unhappy

Yesterday I transplanted a few of my plants from just water into some soil. This morning all of them looked great except for my Chinese Cabbage that seems... limp. Definitely not a happy camper. I'm worried that either I shocked it or did something else wrong that is causing it to die :(

Does anyone have any advice for me?

If it grew to that size in water, but is now in potting mix, it's reacting normally because the "water roots" are dying before "soil-mix roots" have a chance to grow large enough to take over water absorption.

If nothing else, give it shield it direct sunlight for a while.
