Have you grown Burdock root? Have you used it to reduce your blood sugar? Is it very effective? thanks

RE: Safety of Burdock Root

Burdock is a great plant, healthy and delicious, too, if you know how to prepare it.

The wild stuff is very fibrous. Definitely go with the cultivated asian varieties.

The long taproot will help break up deeper layers of your soil. Make sure to have a deep and well cultivated bed.
