| Burdock is a great plant, healthy and delicious, too, if you know how to prepare it. The wild stuff is very fibrous. Definitely go with the cultivated asian varieties. The long taproot will help break up deeper layers of your soil. Make sure to have a deep and well cultivated bed. |
