What am I growing?

What I thought was sprouting broccoli (that's what the label said) is, I am told, not that. Does anyone know what it is? The flowers are yellow.

I don't think it's that, but that was a very good lead. The leaves don't look right. I saw a picture of Broccolini flowers, which looked very similar, but that's a hybrid, so it's probably not that. The leaves look a lot like Rapini.

What's confusing me though, is that the flower stalk is really negligible. Did it perhaps bolt before the stalk grew to full length? Does that make sense?
