I am going to South Beach, Florida next week. I will try to get some tindora roots if I can manage. If not, I have to manage without them. Where in Maryland are you? If you have interest in seeing what I grow, you can contact me at indumodali@hotmail.com. If I can manage to get tindora roots, I definitely will share them with you...Indu

    rookiegardener1,

tindora plants are called IVY gourds. you can get a lot of tropical stuff from nurseries in florida. if you google, you can get names for those places. But the plants are not cheap.

    hope that helps

Any updated information on Tindora plant selling locations/nurseries. Please let me know if you know any Florida based nurseries(Logees.com didn't have any, fyi).

On the same note, I am also interested in getting a Hybrid drumstick plant. Let me know if you know any places for that one too.

Although I would not recommend it--if interested check Bhatia Nurseries. It is in NJ. He has Tindora plant, curry leaf plant etc.

    katy_gardener_2010,

About Drum Stick plant. I ordered seeds 'dwarf' from e-bay.
I planted the seeds, they came up very well. Some one will send these seeds from NewDelhi, India. But these are sold on e-bay by a seller name called 'rumleysales'. give it 10-15 days for delivery.

    Hi,
I am from Oregon & our growing season is very short. Two summers back, I had some Ivy gourd .. but it died. I am wondering if anyone can send me a plant (or roots)...I don't have much to trade other than some seeds of Asian vegetables. I will be willing to pay for USPS shipping Priority.
    thanks a bunch.
