What can I do with the Kalamunguy that I have growing. I have at least 40 trees that are 10+ years old. Each tree produces several hundred fruit...

Some possibilities:

Take it to a swap meet or farmer's market to sell or trade,

Set up a roadside stand to sell some,

Contact local Asian grocers to see if you can sell some to them,

Post a "pick your own fruit" ad on Craigslist, stating a price per lb.

Donate some to your church or to the food bank.

Hope that helps!

Proper spelling: Kalamungay aka Malunggay which is a more common name.
Latin Name: (Moringa oleifera)

Highly revered for medicinal use. Leaves used for tea.

Thought i remembered reading about a Kalamungay plantation on Molokai so i looked...sure enough, here it is! Might give you some ideas beyond Chicken Kalamungay ; )

Here is a link that might be useful: Molokai Plantation

All suggestions are great. If you like the stuff, parboil the leaves, drain well, vacuum seal or ziploc (with air squeezed out) then freeze until ready to use in soups.
