anyone know of yellow pumpkin

from india. it is cooked widely in the south of india. its skin is not as tough as the haloween pumpkin. I couldnt find a picture to post but i've been wanting to grow this veg for a long time now.
If anyone knows its correct name please tell me and how to get its seeds.
Its used in an indian cooking called avail, mathan, olan etc.

It's yellow when it's not completely ripe. And it is very sweet, tastes sort of like yam. If this is what you're looking for. Email me. |
