I checked the forum, the stores which they mention is not allow to ship the curry to CA, due to the CA policy, so I have to looking for the store which actually located around LA or CA where I can able to buy them.

Try to get some seeds and grow from them.

I found this on the web:
Mountain Valley Growers
38325 PEPPERWEED ROAD
SQUAW VALLEY, CA 93675

PHONE: 1 559 338 2775 FAX: 1 559 338 0075

But will these plants grow OK in Californian climate? I somehow thought they need more humidity.

RE: curry tree

Yes, they will grow in CA.I have 15 years old plant grown from seeds. It is kept indoors during cold weather and outdoors during hot weather. They do like moisture and summer heat.Keep them in the area where you grow mints or in heavily mulched area.

Mimosa ( a Vietnamese nursery ) in East LA, near Montebello,
has this plant, for around $15.
You can use Google to find their address.
There is another Mimosa down in Orange County too,
but the one in East LA is better.
They are open 7 days/week, and close at 4:30PM.
And I think it is cash only, no credit cards.
