Raintree Nursery has two teas (Camellia sinesis), 'Tea Breeze,' and 'Blushing Maiden Tea.'

I am fond of the Kitazawa Catalog- do a google for them- you have to email to request a catalog. They just seem to have more varieties- about 4 burdock/gobo, several edamame, etc... They aren't the cheapest though.

Evergreen is great too. Baker Creek has a surprising amount of Asian veggies and are realitivly inexpensive. I ordered from them this year and was super impressed.
