Ti'a To^ and Ngo` Gai

Just bought 1 gallon pot of Ti'a To^, and Ngo` Gai from a vietnamese super market. Does anyone know what their names are in English? I want to find out how to grow them (sunny or shady area). Any info would be appreciated.
Also I want to grow the following in the garden, if anyone has extra to share, or know someone who sells them (I live in San Diego, CA), pls let me know.

1)He.(Chives)
2)Rau Ra(m
3)Ngo` O^m
4)Ca^`n (chinese celery)

Hello lemongrassm,

Did you read the FAQ for this forum? It is always best to use the Latin/Botanical/Scientific name of a plant. The FAQ explains why.

If you are looking for seeds or plants, you need to utilize the following forums to do so:

You should be able to find everything on your list thru these sources above.

Most if not everything you listed have been discussed in existing threads:

Tia To = Red Perilla, Shiso = Perilla frutescens
Existing threads on Perilla.

Ngo Om = Rice Paddy Herb = Limnophila aromatica].

Chives are easily found at any garden center that carries herbs.

Chinese Celery is known as Lovage and should also be easy to find in garden centers.

Ngo Gai = Culantro = Eryngium foetidum L. is discussed here:

hi, Does anyone know where I can buy the seed to the Vietnamese herb so called "sawtooth". They put them in the Vietnamese Beef Noodles "pho". I want to grow them, but don't have the seeds. I looked everywhere on-line, Evergreen, Oriental Vege

 Please identify (Photos) these two types of ' Vietnamese Mint'

My friend gave me these two plants he called mint last summer and they have propigated very well. I would like to find their proper names (common names are fine). I'm just tired of calling them "mint". Return to the Asian Vegeta
