Hi,
I'm new to this site and wonder if any of you can possibly tell me what I have growing by the description. I can't find the seed packet, but it's supposed to be some type of Bok Choy. It resembles the bok choy I've bought at the store, except the leaves are very pale green instead of dark and the leaves also feel spiny or poky like on the back side of them. The stems and veins are white and thick and some of the plants have sent up yellow flower stalks. I've looked around a lot on line to try and figure out why it is spiny like and not smooth on the backside of the leaves, but my plants don't look the same as anything I'm really seeing online and don't look like the store either. Ideas?
