chinese celery and chinese kale

Are you growing it? The white stalk at evergreen seeds seems nice but would

like to know more of American uses, not stir fried.

What conditions does it need and how long does it grow without bolting. I

don't grow cilantro for that reason, when it is ready I am not.

On the kale. I pretty much know I don't like kale and do like good broccoli.

I can't stand Packman. anyway what do you know on real flavor, most like

what? and texture.
