| I was at the Asian market today and picked up "young watermelon" which is about the size of a giant lemon but looking very much like a baby watermelon. How does one prepare it? I'm told to cook it.
I also picked up what I was told was "Chinese melon" which is a long oval, green and white (cream colored) stripes and was told to cook it and I would know when it's ripe when it splits open. ?? How do I prepare that? |
