| As far as I'm concerned, quality garlic is quality garlic. Why don't you research heirloom hard neck garlic if you're really interested in some of the higher end garlic out there. Otherwise, you can go with softneck which is what they sell in the stores because it shelf life is significantly longer than hardneck. |
