ID a sweet potatoe?

Does anyone recognize this sweet potatoe? My grandparents gave me some clippings. They said it is grown only for the (edible) leaves and not for the roots. Thanks.

There are some aouthern sweet potatoes that have the deeply split leaves like that that are grown for roots. Seems like if you wanted to eat something for it's leaves, you would want one with more leaf and a lot less empty space. Donna
