Winged bean leaves

I am growing Winged Bean (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus). According to literature I have read, the leaves can be used as a vegetable. Since some "edible" Asian greens require special treatment, I have been hesitant to try it. Has anyone here cooked the leaves?

My vines are lush, but may not seed for me here. Still crossing fingers, and watching buds form. Since I have a 24-foot row, I plan on eating _something_! :-)

P.S., these are the day-neutral variety sold by ECHO.
