rare vegetable pickling

A few months ago, I bought a serving of something pickled in an Asian market. It came in a small round disposable plastic container with a lid. A private vendor must of made it and sold it individually in the store.

The "pickle" consisted of primarily small green leaves (I am certain it is not a form of mustard green - these leaves were really small, shaped like clovers, could of been a vine-like vegetable, chopped up), and the crunchiest young green melon. I was told it was a type of Asian melon (Thai Long Muskmelon). Also, there were traces of fresh thinly cut lemon grass in the pickle. I was told the lemon grass is cut and usually mixed in after the pickling process is done and is optional.

Can anyone identify the green vegetable used in this pickling? I know this is such a vague description. I'm hoping someone has come across such a rare pickling treat to know what I am talking about.

This is really just a guess, but methi greens have a clover like shaped leave arrangement. Also known as fenugreek greens. You could google using the image option and see if they look like your pickle? (sounds delicious but the way, do let us know when you find out?)
