| I am growing four varieties of Bitter Melon. I need to know the best way to dry them and then market them. Anyone Know? |

| you can let the bitter melon turn ripe on the vine, then you can take the seeds out and dry them over the sun on a newspaper or a tray (to avoid wind blowing them up). good luck |
