Hey guys this is the first time I posted in the asian vegetables garden. My mom has a few gourds vines that she grows. I want to share some picture with you guys. We try growing lemon grass and ginger but they don't do to well. The pics showing are some kind of gourds, bitter melon, and taro.

Beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing them here.

Does this mean you don't know how to cook them and your mom does? What does she make? (recipes?)

Umm she make some kind of soup for the gourds. My brother gf make something else which I don't really know. It taste good though lol. The bitter melon my mom slice them in half and take all the seeds out. Then she make some stuffing which includes ground beef I think, mushrooms, some type of vermicilli, and some other stuff. Then she tied it together and make some other soup lol. Sorry couldn't help you with the recipes.
