Info on mibuna, ren sheng cai

I just found out about the Kitazawa Seed Co. and got their catalog. For me, a whole new world has opened up.

Can anyone tell me about mibuna or ren sheng cai? It looks beautiful in the picture. Is it easy to grow? The description says the mibuna leaves are good for pickling. Does anyone have a recipe they would like to share? In fact, several greens in the catalog are good for making pickles.

I use edible landscaping and I thought this would be a great looking and tasting addition to my front yard.

Thanks,
Tiffanie
