What type of information are you looking for regarding this herb?

RE: Angelica keiskei

Violet: Great! I know you are the expert in Asian Veggies! I found it on the web (Taiwanese seed company) but they only have the plants for sale...
I just wondering what is the name it goes by in common name so I can see if Richters have it... it is cooked as a herb and vegetable.. it looks very much like giant italian parsley
also if you know a seed source will be great

RE: Angelica keiskei

Ladyjenny, full bot name is Angelica keiskei (Miq.) Koidzumi (Apiaceae/Umbelliferae).

Ashitaba (AV^o translates to 'tomorrow leaf') is the vernacular Japanese name.

A Google search on ashitaba gives you a lot of info.

Link to seeds below. Use Babel Fish for translation.

Did anybody try to grow this?

Here is a link that might be useful: Seeds
