These are ALAs, not omega-3s. it takes enormous amounts of ALAs to produce any omega-3s and then it doesn't produce the best ratios of DHA or EPA. If they did, I'd stop eating salmon or taking fish oil. There's a great chart of it I found in a vegan book. Forgot the name of the book, but it was by two female vegan nutrionists with degrees.
