HI,

HAS ANYONE EATEN THE NATIVE LOTUS.

HOW IS IT HARVESTED?

WHAT PARTS ARE USABLE?

HOW PREPARED?

CAN IT BE USED THE SAME AS THE ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE MARKET?

THANKS,
TOM

It's a protected wildflower in most states ... it could be an expen$ive snack.

In Florida at least, if it's on your property, you're free to munch away to your stomach's delight. Have no idea if it's edible; probably is NOT the same thing you buy at Asian markets.
