Id for this tiny azalea please

Hello,

Please id this tiny azalea - it needs help, I think. This picture was taken last spring. It's a bit larger now (still under 1"), but the branches in the center are dried and twiggy, and some of the leaves have tan-colored tips. I got it from Lowes and the tag said something like "Exbury" though I remember not being able to get any information online using the name on the tag.

Thank you,
Sarah

Looks Japanese, maybe a Satsuki azalea. I'd suggest the common 'Gumpo Pink' except the leaf shape is wrong.

Thank you, bboy. Though I didn't get its name, at least I found out what it might be fretting over. I transplanted the azalea last weekend and the rootball was still (after 2.5 years) tight and in the shape of the pot it was sold in. I made sure to loosen it up well, and it seems to be looking a bit better.
