azalea not doing well, second time

I planted 3 azaleas right in front of the house. Two white-flowered ones on both side, and one pink-flowered one in the middle. I thought that the place they are in receives more of the morning sun and some afternoon sun. I thought they would be doing fine there. The white flowered ones are doing fine, indeed. On the contrary, the pink one died, so I returned and replace it with another pink one. Now, ever since I planted this replacement, it has not been doing well either. I actually planted it this past Fall, considering the sun not being too harsh on it. Still, it sheds leaves and turns brown color, while the other white ones are still green.

I forgot the name of this pink flower azalea, but is it such a difference between different kinds of azaleas that one is doing well and the other keeps dying? What should I do now? Please advice. thanks
